"Grateful for their kindness and support"

Reception service was excellent. Helpful and friendly. Pete the nurse met me in the waiting room, greeted me in a welcoming, friendly way. Looked after me throughout the whole procedure. He was incredibly supportive, calming and thoughtful. Kept checking in with me.

Kate, the doctor was very friendly and supportive. Very thorough and made sure I was informed, happy to proceed and covered every eventuality. Kate was sensitive and as she was performing the procedure kept talking me through what was happening and what I may feel. It wasn't straightforward for her but she was brilliant at handling that. Pete assisted her so well. Kate talked me through the after process and checked in with me to make sure I understood this and that I was okay to leave.

Pete then continued to look after me by walking me around to another area of the clinic so I could have a blood test. Je made sure I was still feeling okay to proceed with it. So caring.

The nurse who took my blood was friendly and sensitive to the procedure I had just had.

I felt a little teary after what I've been through, but I feel incredibly well looked after and feel grateful for their kindness and support.
