About: Newham Community Health Services / Cardiac Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

St Bartholomew's Hospital referred me to Newham Cardiac rehabilitation service 

Appointment with Physiotherapist to assess my ability was very good, in fact excellent.

Abi was friendly with her approach. At the start of my appointment I was not happy, told her I was feeling low and she assured me that by the end of her assessment I will be smiling-that was exactly what happened. My cousin was surprised but happy she was able to shift my outlook .

Thanks Abi for your approach and patience with me, much more than I have received in a long time . I am looking forward to the sessions at the community cardiac centre.

its humble me to hear the impact you felt was made during your appointment and how you experienced a shift in outlook as your cousin descibed it.it can be quite a daunting task with alot of uncertainity when attending appointments which is understandable but its great to know you have found a good place where you are now looking forward to the CR exercise programme with our service.
