"Very Thankful"

I would like to express my gratitude to your hospital and to all the staff who cared for me when I visited A&E on the evening of December 25th, and then admitted to Lugg Ward were I remained until being transferred to New Cross Hospital Wolverhampton on January 2nd, for a triple heart by pass operation.

All of the staff who cared for me showed dedication, understanding and were all extremely professional and kind. I was particularly impressed by the younger staff, who so often are not recognised for their maturity and commitment.

I could not have received better care or support through what was such a difficult personal time for me and my family. I am now feeling so much better and am well on the road to recovery..

Please pass on my sincere thanks to all of your staff and continue to carry out such important work.
