(as the patient),

Collapsed with back pain, paramedics called, arrived very swiftly  (Catherine and Christopher) Gave Entonox to get me into bed. Referred to out of hours emergency care.

Next day GP surgery organised pain relief prescription and home assessment and visits from Community Care Team. Booking x-ray and further investigations.
