(as the patient),

I recently had a knee operation booked with Mr Heaton. I went to ward 1 and was looked after very well by the staff. The aftercare was amazing, my Nurse Elizabeth was so caring and helpful, answered my questions, explaining everything I need to do - Eg. Dressing change Stitches taken out. She had a few patients to care for but treated us all as if we were her only one she is a credit to our NHS

Thank you for your kind comments and I will ensure Elizabeth is able to read them along with the rest of the team, she will be thrilled to have a personal mention as it is a real morale boost for all of the staff when this happens. We really appreciate the time patients take to send their comments in.
