"better support for our nhs nurses"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I would like to propose some way that patients can thank the staff for all their hard work during covid and still now.  I think that some of the staff struggle to get by on their small  wages and this might have an effect on their mental health.  I am not saying that everyone is going through this here but i do not think that it should be allowed to happen in this day and age.

I would like some way of making a charitable gesture to staff.

Hello

Thank you for your kind words and understanding. I believe that words are just as powerful and rewarding as a charitable gesture. I will ensure your message is passed onto the staff team. I will also see if it can be displayed in the CRB

Thanks again

Amanda
