"The staff here are exceptional"

About: Coathill Hospital / Glenmore Unit (Care of the Elderly)

(as a relative),

My mum was transferred from hospital, where she had a horrendous experience, and I was really concerned this nightmare would continue.

However, the staff here are exceptional and have the right balance of being strict to ensure safety alongside being fun and respectful. They are catering for different needs all the time and they never show their stress at what must be challenging workloads at times.
