I knew I had a problem with my incontinence which  had become quite bad over the past few years. I eventually had a bad case of dermatitis and had to visit my GP. She referred me to the continence clinic.

This was the best thing that happened to me, it was a much better experience than I expected, I was dealt with very kindly and sympathetically. I followed her instructions and quickly saw the difference. I also needed to change my pad less often. I am now discharged and thrilled with the results of the exercises. I used the squeezy app which really helped. I am now determined to carry on my exercises for life. I am so much more comfortable without the wet pads.
