(as a service user),

One Recovery Bucks Aylesbury CBT therapy with Karina (mental health practitioner) is very highly recommend, she has given me tools that have helped me deal with my mental and physical health.

Karina makes you feel so comfortable opening up and talking about difficult things, I never felt judged and she took things at my pace so I didn't feel overwhelmed.

Karina taught me tools I can use to help in those difficult times as I would normally just bury my head because I didn't know how to deal with things.

I have made some big steps forward during our sessions and I'm able to continue making positive changes in my life with the tools Karina taught me.

I would like to just say Karina was a pleasure throughout our sessions and I hope ORB continue to offer their clients CBT Therapy because it really has make a huge difference to myself and my recovery journey.

If it has helped me & I'm more than sure it will help others.
