About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I have been receiving excellent care and treatment from the healthcare team here at Rampton hospital and have nothing but praise for their outstanding work. They involve me in all aspects of my care and are always supportive.

I would like to mention Matilda the dietitian who is still working with me and has never pressured me to do anything that I did not feel comfortable with. All the team are a credit to this hospital and the nhs as a whole and should be given more support so they can keep providing the excellent care I have received. So thank you for looking after me and keep up the good work as it is helping everyone at Rampton.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am delighted that you have received excellent care and treatment from the Physical Healthcare Team.

It is really important for us to work collaboratively with our patients to ensure that you are listened to and receiving the care and treatment that is right for you and not what we feel is right. It sounds like Matilda and the Physical Healthcare Team are doing this well. I will ensure that they receive receive this amazing feedback and will personally thank them.
