"patients and staff working together"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

We had a community meeting on brecon ward last week and one of the questions that someone asked was if staff could have half an hour or an hour each day to regroup and sort out care plans aswell as been able to be updated on patients changes of obs or if they have had something discussed and agreed at mdt.

All the patients in attendance agreed to do this but is not upto the ward staff to decide if we can do this it is the people up stairs. It would make the communication between staff alot easier and also benefit someone like myself because when staff have been on leave and return things do not always get passed on so please could we speed this up thank you

Hello,

It's fantastic to see the collaborative working within this post:)

Can I just check my understanding? Are you referring to staff individually or collectively as a group?

Many Thanks,

Chloe.
