About: Arches Wellbeing and Treatment Centre / podiatry

(as a service user),

I went to the Arches.

Went to reception and showed my appointment letter and was told to take a seat downstairs to the right.

I sat there then someone came and got me and said I should have been upstairs. I told them what happened and they apologised. I know this was not their fault, they were excellent and did my foot checks.

The wrong instructions from the receptionist downstairs made me late for my appointment and I am not happy.
