About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived at the gynaecology department I was made to feel welcome. All the ladies were extremely kind & caring. Qiuili explained the procedure to me & went through all the paperwork / consent forms with me.

Although the procedure is not a pleasant experience Sue, Helena & Carol were brilliant. They made me feel relaxed & kept me calm the whole time & were on hand from me throughout the whole procedure. Qiuili carried out the procedure & was too very caring & kind & explained as much or as little as you wanted. Obviously I don’t want to have to go back, but the team are Iovely & made me feel at ease & I would certainly not be nervous if I had to return.
