I would just like to say a huge thank you to Samantha (senior charge nurse of ward 6) on behalf of my wife and I. She has such a caring and nurturing manner and a clear passion for her job, ensuring that the patients within her ward receive the highest quality of care. She provided support and reassurance to my wife and went above and beyond to ensure that she was able to receive her procedure and treatment.
Samantha is a prime example of what a charge nurse should be and how a team should be run. My wife cannot thank Samantha enough for everything that she did for her. She is an asset to the NHS and deserves recognition for the wonderful work she is doing!
We would also like to mention Jenna, Danielle, Kelly, Mia and the student nurse Emily for the wonderful care and beside manner and to the domestics for always brightening up her day.
Thank you to the NHS, too often you hear negative stories, it is important to highly the great work that they do.
