I’m writing on behalf of my mum and our family to thank all staff associated with Gastroenterology at Ninewells and PRI that we came into contact with between September 23 and February 24, as well as the lovely phlebotomists at Ninewells.
My mum has attended several clinic reviews, scans and other procedures since the discovery of a pancreatic growth last year. Despite being a worrying time due to the unknown nature of the growth the care she received from everyone she met could not be faulted, which did a lot to keep her at ease.
She always received test appointments when expected and likewise was reviewed and results shared within time frames given.
We would like to send a special thank you to Mr Tait and Elaine for their consistent and professional care and advice.
