"Fantastic care after recent hospital admission"

I attended Out of Hours at St Johns Hospital due to a flare up of my chronic pelvic pain. I cannot remember the doctor's name who initially reviewed me but he is was so kind and understanding, I advised I get anxious seeing health care professionals and he put me so at ease. 

He referred me to ward 12, the gynaecology department, where I was taken care of by a nurse called Emma, alongside a health care assistant and a doctor. Emma is the only name I caught, however the care I received from all that nightshift was outstanding. I could not fault anyone at all and compassion from the doctor, Emma and the healthcare assistant was remarkable. It was lovely to see people who are fantastic at their jobs as well as being able to see they truly cared. 

I cannot thank these professionals enough and I hope the positive feedback is able to get sent to them so they are acknowledged, they are truly in the correct profession and I cannot thank them enough! I am just sorry I was not able to catch everyone's name to properly thank them.
