I visited Forth Valley Diabetic Retinal Eye Screening this morning, at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have my eyes “photographed” as normal. The lady that handled my case was really efficient and took me within a few minutes of my arrival (early). She was very pleasant and chatty, making me feel at ease. I was on my way out about three minutes after my appointment had been due to start. Totally impressed, I could not praise the service highly enough. Thank you.
