(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Had a really good experience with the P2P team.

They supported me to go to a hepatology appointment at Southampton Hospital for an assessment for treatment for hepatitis C.

The information and advice given by the worker was clear and concise and the help and support given to me since I was diagnosed with hepatitis C has been above and beyond what I had expected.

From being taken to hospital today, I now have a date to start treatment and the team I saw today will support me to get my medication from the hospital and throughout my treatment.
