I had a wonderful time as a student nurse at the Campus View Medical Centre for six weeks.
All the admins and clinicians are friendly and supportive. I enjoyed observing a contraception/ diabetes/ minor illness nurse and an advanced paramedic. They have been the best example of good practice.
I appreciate the amount of time they spent with me to complete my Pebblepads and helped me gain various experiences, knowledge and skills. For example, immunisation injections, basic wound dressing and manual blood pressure checks.
