"My experience has been second to none"

I wish to share my experience of the care I have received over the past year.

Mainly from Anne (Magherafelt Eating Disorder team). I can hand on my heart say without Anne’s care, support and encouragement I wouldn’t be alive today. Anne went above and beyond to help me overcome a lot of very very difficult days. I truly believe she was my guardian angel. She is a wonderful person and a total asset to the Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Karen (Dietician Magherafelt) is incredibly devoted to her work and worked so hard to get me on a better path. It’s so comforting to know that people like Karen genuinely care. Myself and my family will never forget how hard Anne and Karen worked to help me overcome a lot of very difficult challenges.  

I also wish to express my gratitude to the staff of Tobernoveen Upper - the staff there were faultless working so so hard and giving their undivided care and attention to all the patients. Their work isn’t easy but they treat it as their vocation- treating everyone with care and respect. 

Overall, my experience has been second to none and I feel all the staff mentioned should be commended for their superb standard of care.

Myself and my family are extremely grateful and will never forget how good everyone was to me during the toughest days of my life. Thank you so much xx
