I was booked in to get my implant changed. Initially, I was nervous, but once I met the lovely nurse and she reassured me, I felt calmer. The nurse, Una, was very informative, reassuring and professional. It went better than expected and I was extremely pleased with the service.

Una is very good at her job and overall a lovely person.
