Visited recently by prior arrangement. Excellent directions sent by post in confirmation letter.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Showroom was light and spacious with plenty of room to test walkers.
All necessary measurements were taken at the beginning. The staff were able to offer advice specific to my own needs and ability. I had time to ask plenty of questions for more information and the replies were honest and helpful.
The service received was exemplary - not stressful and considerate to my ability at all times. The appointment has saved me lots of time and energy by targeting specific models of walkers.
