Left waiting in reception for 25 minutes to be told the doctor would not do a prescription for my 3 year old who had conjunctivitis.
Over the next couple of days it got worse couldn't see a doc we thought he may be allergic to eye drops. Ended up phoning 111 who did mange to get me an appointment to see a doc changed eye drops and told to phone if still worried next day. Was still bad so phoned 15vin queue did econsult told to keep appointment for next day. When we arrived it had been cancelled.
When we did eventually get seen the nurse was very concerned and we had to go back next day.
Reception staff useless and rude.
Very rude to a man, who was clearly having mental health issues, while I was waiting in reception, and basically told him 1st appointment was April and to go home.
