"I have learned a lot from these sessions"

I have been attending antenatal classes with SHSCT over zoom for a couple of months now during my pregnancy and have really benefited from the teaching that has been given. The staff delivering the teaching have a very reassuring and calming way of delivering the information and I feel I have learned a lot from these sessions.

They allow plenty of opportunity to ask questions and answer all in sufficient detail. I always leave the classes feeling like I have learned a lot. The classes I have attended are Breastfeeding, Hypnobirthing and general Antenatal Classes, all of which have been enjoyable and useful.
