Recently became unwell. Called for an Ambulance. Ambulance crew from Kirkintilloch were great and instilled confidence.
Taken into resus at Glasgow Royal Infirmary where nursing staff and medical staff were lovely, attentive and reassuring.
Admitted to ward 43 where staff were very attentive. Transferred to ward 19 where staff were also very good.
All staff encountered were of very high standards.
Food was good, especially soup.
Only negatives - ward 43 shower was out of order, and process of discharge from ward 19 was obscene in the haste to remove me from the ward.
"All staff encountered were of very high standards"
