(as a relative),

We recently saw Jenny to have mums ears cleaned. Jenny saw us early, she was very friendly and polite. She fully explained to mum what she was doing throughout the procedure. Jenny made sure mum was comfortable throughout. Mum felt safe.

Mum said it was the best treatment she had ever had. Mum could hear more clearly after the procedure.
