"Has brought so much joy to my mum's life"

Mum has just recently been invited to join the Meadows Day Centre and is loving it. The Centre has brought so much joy and fun into my mum's life, although mum has loving family who she sees on a regular basis I could see she felt isolated and lonely due to her dementia and life limitations, but since she's joined the centre she is so much more happier and content.

As her daughter/full time carer, I can notice a big difference in her, this is the wee bit of independence she desperately  needed. It's lovely to see her interacting with the staff and loving getting pampered eg. nails painted especially :)

The centre provides a diverse range of activities tailored for everyone's needs and medical conditions, but most of all it provides stimulation, companionship and interaction which to me is the most important aspect for my mum.

I have to say the staff have been brilliant - kind, caring, patient while providing a professional, safe and fun environment for all to enjoy.
