About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted onto HollyBank ward Cannock Chase Hospital for day surgery. Nursing staff, especially Alice was helpful, kind and considerate of my needs due to poor mobility.

Theatre staff were terrific helping to keep me relaxed prior and during procedure.  Thank you .
