"Screening and reassurance post cancer treatment"

I was booked in for 3pm but arrived early. I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the staff on reception downstairs then at reception upstairs. I was called in before my allotted time, which was great. After the screening questions about my reason for attendance I was examined and screened by a lovely nurse/doctor and had bloods taken. All the staff were chatty and friendly, as a fellow NHS worker I was made to feel at ease despite being new to the area. The post appointment information was clear and I felt at ease throughout my appointment time.
