"Excellent on all levels"

I have been on the books with the dermatology dept, at Litchdon House, Barnstaple for some years.   They have performed several small procedures  in that time to remove skin cancers and melonomas.   The treatment, the consultation, and the care I have received have been excellent.   I was booked recently to have another carcinoma removed.   I was surprised that this was booked on a Sunday, and equally surprised when I arrived to see that the procedure would be done by a Ukrainian locum team from Guys Hospital London.   Led by Sergei, they were excellent on all levels.  They were friendly, informative, caring and treated me well and with respect.   A week on, I can say that I have had no pain at all from the incision with 9 stitches in.   I am pleased with the way they handled everything and the team were a delight to talk to.  Thank you.
