I underwent an Endoscopy at Treliske last week and received the kindest treatment possible from reception until I was discharged. I knew it was an unpleasant procedure , having had previous experiences but was more concerned about my blood pressure than the Endoscopy itself!
The nurse who took my details, Karen I think, was really lovely, as were the two who assisted during the procedure. They were all most professional and thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable and being very supportive throughout. Sorry I can't remember your names ladies. All went well, and I was very reassured to see that the standard of care was just as good as I'd been taught to give many years ago, in spite of all today's additional pressures. A big thank you to you all.
