About: Adult mental health / Primary Care (Walsall)

(as the patient),

I was referred to a great nurse called Jason regarding my mental heath and my general outlook on life. He was very understanding, non judgemental and straight forward which I really appreciated. He gave me exercises to cope with things that really helped and I went from being very down to quite optimistic at the end of our sessions. The only downside was due to phone calls I couldn't shake his hand and thank him personally.
