"Concerned about length of time between referrals and action"

About: County Hospital Louth / General medicine County Hospital Louth / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

Ongoing story over around 4 years. Initially dizziness and falls off my bicycle. Referred to Care Of The Elderly, subsequently ENT, Neurologist, MRI scan, carotid artery checks, echo cardiographer, physiotherapy.

Outcomes feel more positive but I am very concerned about the length of time between referrals and action. Also the expectation that I am happy to take long round trips for what can be very short verbal consultations. My experience of the doctors i have seen has been exceptionally positive.

Dear Mister F

I am sorry to hear that you are concerned about the length of time between referrals at Louth physiotherapy department and that you are having to travel far for your physiotherapy appointment. At your convenience could you please call the Lincoln physio department and leave your name and telephone number so that we can get in touch with you to find out some more details about your experience and discuss the concerns you have raised. Our phone number is 01522 573945

Kind regards

Lindsey Wilkinson
