"Really Good Experience"

Following an injury on the rugby pitch, our son required surgery to re-align his fracture.  

On arriving on the ward, Michelle introduced herself and advised that she would be our son's allocated nurse during his stay.  Unfortunately surgery did not happen when expected due to demands on theatre time, but when we returned the next day, Michelle was on shift again and welcomed us warmly.  Thankfully surgery happened and Michele again was excellent in ensuring our son was discharged as soon as possible, when safe to do so, recognising that a teenage boy was going to recover best in his own familiar environment. 

Thank you to Michelle and her colleagues, who made the experience as slick as possible and that we got home in a timely manner.
