"Failed to tell us they weren't coming"

About: Adult mental health / Crisis & Home Treatment Walsall

(as a relative),

The home treatment team have been visiting my partner for 2 weeks and have missed appointments on two occasions. Each time they failed to tell us they weren’t coming.

As they are supporting people with mental health concerns I'd think they’d avoid adding to our anxieties but they did not.

Their appointments system, however or whatever systems they used, clearly didn't work.

Very poor service in terms of them keeping to appointments & not communicating with patients.
