(as the patient),

The nurse was very welcoming and we chatted about my symptoms and my general health. Despite the awkward sexual history questions the nurse really put me at ease.

Then with a health care assistant I had a cervical examination and they also did my vaginal swab for me. It was all very quick and I felt very comfortable throughout.
