Very helpful, practical advice and with instructions and guidance on restarting cardio fitness. The team were amazing, patient and supportive. A small group setting enabled better interaction with the team, allowing for more opportunities to ask for help if needed.

Rosie, the head cardiac specialist was invaluable to my progress. Thank you and best wishes for continued success.
