I had to have two broken teeth removed. I saw one surgeon who said even though the tooth at the time was broken down to the gum, it was a ‘healthy’ tooth. I asked for a second opinion and the second surgeon agreed the tooth needed to be removed.
Whilst waiting on the removal date, another tooth snapped off (Really healthy teeth these, right?). Anyways, I called and explained the teeth had now started hurting. The kind lady on reception (I believe her name is Louise) put me on a list in case there was a cancellation. The next day, I was called and offered a 9:30 AM appointment to get one tooth removed.
I spoke to the surgeon (Nigel) who was very kind, understanding, and polite. He agreed to also take out the other broken tooth as well as the one I was there to originally have taken out. He took out both the teeth extremely fast, pain-free, and with no fuss.
Also, the two nurses present (Frankee & Sammy) were both very kind, understanding, and polite. I wish to thank all three of them for helping me as much as they did on that day.
