About: Scottish Ambulance Service Vale of Leven General Hospital / General Medicine (Lomond Ward) Vale of Leven General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I was taken by ambulance to the Vale of Leven Hospital’s Minor Injuries Unit. The ambulance arrived very quickly and within minutes, I was already looked after by the hospital staff. I was then moved to the Recovery Ward for a day, then I was moved to the Lomond Ward, where I stayed for an entire week.

I wanted to share that I had a very good experience throughout my care. The care is second to none and the attention was very good as well. Everyone was so helpful, so reassuring and my whole experience was wonderful.

They are a wonderful bunch of people and I do not even know how they do this. They work so hard, and I am grateful for the care I received. The food was also very good!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was really pleased to read you were happy with the care and treatment you received from the staff at the Vale of Leven General Hospital.

It was very heart warming to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcomed into the ward and you found the staff to be helpful and accomodating.
