My own dental practice have tried many times to get me a denture for top and bottom. I have very few teeth left due to many issues.
I even travelled to the lab myself twice. They couldn't help. Then the pandemic happened. My jawline got worse. My own dentist then refused to get me a bottom denture so another dentist in the practice seen me and helped a lot with the rest of my treatment. He also made a referral to the dental hospital.
This is my 3rd visit and so far they have been superb! Even putting up with my gagging whilst having my top impressions done.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. All of the dentists and assistants have been so friendly and understanding.
The lady who took my xrays was fabulous too.
My treatment will not be over for a long time but I am so very grateful.
Thank you
