"Consultant explained the treatment and put me at ease"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as the patient),

I recently attended an appointment at the macular clinic (mater).  The staff were very polite from reception threw all departments. 

I was treated by Mr gupta who explained the treatment I was about to receive and put me at ease.

During the treatment he was attentive watching my reaction and varying the treatment to suit. I cannot praise Mr gupta and the staff who assist him enough and as I have to undergo more treatment it has made it much easier.
