"Appalling waiting times and standards"

Two appointments in which I had to leave because of excessive waiting times for elective minor surgery. Appointment revised twice on the 28/2/24 and when I arrive cannot be given any kind of a time frame as to when I could receive treatment. A nurse dropped a glove on the floor when removing it from the dispenser and pushed it back into the machine. Overall a very disappointing hospital that I would definitely not recommend, a private hospital that offers a far worse service than any NHS hospital that I have ever visited. The demeanor of the medical professionals leave a great deal to be desired. 0/10 rating.
