Coming to groups has given me some structure and also help with me confidence which has helped with my anxiety and the group help me meet new people and the workers are helpful and friendly

I was really glad to read that our group support has had such a positive impact on your confidence and anxieties. Engaging in group support requires people to step outside of their comfort zone, so well done for having the courage to do this! The changes you have made to your anxiety and confidence levels have only been possible due to the effort you have put in and openness to give them a try.

Your comments about our team are lovely, and I will make sure they get to read them and I am sure they will really appreciate your kind feedback.
