"Took me seriously, listened to me, believed me"

About: Physiotherapy - South Ayrshire

(as the patient),

Adam took me seriously, listened to me, believed me and just generally treated me like a human worth his time, which is very much in contrast to my last visit with the GP. He examined my problem appropriately, efficiently localised the problem and established appropriate exercises.

Dear MyHandIsNotWorking

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive experience with us.

I am delighted to hear that you felt listened to by Adam, Physiotherapist and that he examined your problem effectively whilst providing appropriate exercises. We will ensure this lovely feedback is passed on to Adam.

I am sorry to hear that your previous visit with your GP was not as positive. The primary care team can liaise with the GP Practice to make them aware of your comments. To do this, please can you send an email to HSCPAdmin@east-ayrshire.gov.uk (marked for the attention of Primary Care) providing your details and the name of the GP Practice you are registered with. If you wish to remain anonymous, we can feed back your comments to the GP Practice for their awareness and learning.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you for sharing both the positive and negative feedback.

Kind regards

Danielle
