"Feedback about my time in leven ward"

About: Murray Royal Hospital / Functional assessment Ward (Leven Ward)

(as the patient),

Came in for 3 months, felt a lot of the time I was the last to know anything about my care.

The care was very good and all nurses were very helpful and hardworking. I got good chances to try different things out whether it be activities or food choices.

Food was extremely good, so good i don't want to leave. I will take the chef with me.

Very strict with safety rules, as it should be.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience whilst in Leven Ward. It's lovely to receive this feedback and to hear that the nurses were helpful and hardworking. We are glad you enjoyed the meals provided and the selection of activities available. I am sorry to hear that you felt you were not always kept updated as we strive as a team to provide individualised, person-centred care and treatment together with patients in Leven Ward. I will share this feedback with the wider MDT Team in Leven Ward whom I know all will be appreciative of this.
