This was probably the best appointment I've ever had at the doctor's. It was my first Nexplanon fitting.

There was no sugarcoating regarding the implant, both positives and negatives were clearly explained to me. Both doctors answered all my questions and were very reassuring and comforting during the whole process. They maintained a friendly, yet professional stance. I was being informed in detail of every step of the procedure in advance, that helped me remain calm. The procedure was quick and stress-free.

What I really liked about this clinic was that all the documents I was given and had to sign, (whether at the doctor's office or reception), were already available to read/download off the Know Your Stuff website beforehand, so I could prepare in time and take my time to read them. 

The receptionist, and the nurse that handled my urine sample before the actual appointment were also very kind and supportive. Overall, I could tell the staff was happy to work there.
