Admittedly I wasn’t apprehensive about my appointment as I’m quite comfortable with discussing my sexual health/general health. However, this isn’t the case for everyone. Therefore the incredible service that the nurse (I think Jake??) offered was amazing. He made me feel incredibly comfortable; was personable as well as professional. I never thought I’d say that having an implant changed was a pleasure, but here we are! Thank you for being so lovely, you made my day.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. I have passed your story onto the staff member mentioned and the rest of the Team. Our nurses like to be helpful and friendly so it's good to know they were. We are pleased you were happy with your experience in clinic.
