I was struggling with the embarrassment of double continence problems. I got an amazing service from Ruth, Physiotherapist (NHSGGC continence service). She was extremely sensitive, caring and informative. She always gave options of ways to address the issues and asked me to try things out and then follow-up with her. She was very clear on how to do things which has helped me enormously. I am forever grateful to Ruth - she provides an excellent service.
