"Very impressed by the wonderful treatment"

About: Cardiac Rehab and secondary prevention / Craigavon Cardiac Rehabilitation Daisy Hill Hospital / Coronary Care Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a service user),

I would like to very highly commend all staff involved in the above hospitals.  My husband has Atrial fibrillation (AF). This was first diagnosed in April last year. He had 3 admissions by ambulance to both hospitals.

Recently I had to call again for an ambulance and a wonderful paramedic (Alan) felt at this stage an admission wasn't required.  He took time to explain everything to us. I cannot stress enough how very impressed we both are by the wonderful treatment he has received in both hospitals.

I want to include everyone.  The paramedics, nurses, doctors, auxiliary staff, cleaners and porters. I want to especially mention Naomi and Noreen, both heart failure nurses who quite honestly went way beyond what would have been expected. They have at each stage kept us fully informed. I cannot articulate exactly how much we both appreciated their guidance.

My husband has never been ill and this is all new to him.  I very much want our thanks and appreciation shared with all involved .
