About: Cloughreagh House

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was very happy with my recent stay in Cloughreagh.  The bedroom was lovely and was very private. 

The staff were very attentive no matter how many times I called them whether day or night. I was very happy with the information given to me on discharge. 

Cloughreagh has a very high standard of cleanliness, and the food was good. 

It definitely is a first class service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your personal experience of Cloughreagh House. I am pleased that the bedroom was to your liking and that you had the privacy you required but equally that staff were responsive and attended to your needs in a prompt manner. The staff team here aim to provide a person centred care for all those who use our service and to make their stay with us a positive experience. I also appreciate your comments on the cleanliness and the food and I will pass on your positive feedback to the staff team.
